When you join our waiting list or contact us, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
We do not currently collect payment information, health information, or any other personal data through this website. If that changes in future (for example, if you become a coaching client and share health details with us directly), this policy will be updated to reflect that, and any health information would be handled with additional care as "special category data" under UK data protection law.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Add you to our waiting list and let you know when coaching spaces become available
- Send you emails about our services, if you've opted in to receive them
- Respond to any enquiries you send us directly
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit your details through our waiting list form. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Third parties we share data with
We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit), an email marketing platform, to store your details and send emails. Kit is based in the United States and processes data under appropriate international data transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
How long we keep your information
We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed to our waiting list or mailing list, or until you ask us to delete them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
Cookies
